Our team is made up of qualified, experienced practitioners, supported by apprentices who are training in early years education. We work closely together to create a warm, consistent environment where every child feels secure and supported.
Each child is supported by a dedicated Key Person who builds a strong relationship with them and keeps parents informed about their development.

We are a committee run pre-school and registered charity. This means that we are managed by a group of elected trustees, and any surplus funds are reinvested back into the setting. Trustees with specific roles and responsibilities are:
